Who We Are
Scotty's Hot Sauce handcrafts bold flavorful sauces from garden fresh ingredients. We grow most of our own peppers, garlic and vegetables right here at home in Lascelles Quebec. We have a love for gardening, a love for good food, rock and roll, and of course hot stuff! We use as much of our garden fresh ingredients as possible as the season permits. As a hot sauce fanatic, I have no doubt that you'll fall in love with the recipes I've worked so hard at perfecting.
